GABTR is the Advisory Board for the Maryland Relay and Maryland Accessible Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program. GABTR meetings occur three times a year and are held at various locations throughout the state of Maryland. These meetings are open to the public, and visitors are encouraged to participate.
